Anita Williams I have been a member with Penfed for over 30 years and have never been to a branch before. After this experience, I am grateful that I do not have to repeatedly do this! I came in person to make a cash deposit. WOW! One teller ...and shes slow like molasses going up a hill. There were seven of us in line with her and although there was another person servicing the drive thru, that lady didnt even see fit to ask to service the next person in line. Where is the customer service? Didnt give one star because she was polite when I was finally served.
This is not rocket science! Since you are not equipped with personnel to service more than 2-3 persons, a system needs to be in place to avoid persons, especially retired older people to stand for over 30 minutes in a line. You have all of these chairs. Simply, have a numbered ticket system so we can sit & wait.
