1 /5 Andrea Farr: Predatory return policy is an understatement. The fine jewelry is not authentic and they do not stand behind the purchase. I got stuck with 18k gold pearl earrings that made my ear holes black!!!! Never in my life have I had troubles with ANY metal turning my ear holes black! They could not be truly gold and I doubt the pearls are even real. The hoops were supposedly Baggins. I am now stuck with an in store credit trying to use up $2500 on something I don’t even want. It’s really wrong to not refund something that is fake or faulty. I will never shop there again

No one answered me when I tried to return the dress, and their website said they have a 48 hour return policy for this specific dress, even though 1. It had only been 24 hours and 2. Their website says 14 days. Riss was the associate’s card I received with the dress, who never answered either. _______ Edit - they got back to me and took the dress back for a full refund. Updated to a 3 star.

5 /5 Margaret Kohout: I was hesitant to go in because of some of the reviews I read regarding having a “pretty woman experience”. I wanted to take a gander anyways because the store has so much to offer. That wasn’t the case at all for me! I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer. I brought my baby in and walked around, everything in there is divine. I didn’t buy anything but I have my eye on a few items now and I know where to shop when I want to treat myself or buy a gift for someone!
