From the moment I spoke with Mack, he was friendly, understanding, and had a great sense of humor. It truly felt like talking to a friend rather than just someone doing their job. She was very customer service oriented, very consistent, very detailed, and very professional and was always catering to my needs of any changes to the current policy that I have now. she was also very patient and not pushy but she did everything in a very great and timely manner. I had a windshield replacement needed ASAP while vacationing and he made everything happen and gave me step by step instructions. State Farm you have an agent that will change your reputation with the way he takes care of his insureds. This is who should be on your commercials.
