Anissa I want to give props to Linda for expeditiously taking care of an issue with my homeowners policy. I received a cancellation letter over the weekend and of course, I was distressed and baffled because the underwriting reason made no sense. I went to Filichia first thing on Monday morning and after reviewing the photos, it was determined that the problem was not for my property, but my neighbors.
