There were some weird issues with the seller at the very end and the scheduling got all mixed up but Nicole was there the whole time answering every question as the days got closer to the final signing and then there was more weirdness with the seller the day of the final signing she was able to rapidly adjust time frame so we could all get in there and sign before they closed for the day and overall just handled things very smoothly very knowledgeable and had anticipated most of our questions and had the forms and the answers already ready to help smooth this out and put everybody at ease I would absolutely recommend Nicole and legacy title
