He did the heavy lifting by asking intelligence straightforward questions and providing English non-legalese answers to my questions, sometimes with a little story that illustrated and explained the concept. After my first consultation I received one phone call from Robert asking a couple questions and then a call from his office when my paperwork was ready. Returning for my appointment l went over everything with him and signed my paperwork. The office staff kindly took care of everything else and the job was done. I found it to be a surprisingly easy straightforward process working with them and I highly recommend their work.
