5 /5 Michelle McClarnand: I dont even know where to start. Our experience with Nathan has been really great. Our situation did not look too good, but we didnt know what to expect and were so nervous about the situation. I spent so many hours researching local attorneys for our case and decided on Nathan because when something feels right it feels right. I feel more than confident in saying it was the best choice ever. Nathan was immediately responsive to our request for consultation, answered all of our questions right away, and had a game plan for our case before we even agreed to retain him. When we only had days to decide what to do, he made us feel comfortable in making the decision to retain him as soon as possible. The retention process was simple, hassle free, and flexible. His fees are MORE THAN FAIR. Affordability was a huge concern, especially after 2020, but he was so flexible and worked with us when it came to a financial plan. We knew that it could go either way in court and were told just that, but Nathan kept us informed of his plan of approach and REALLY delivered on this case. Both criminal and DMV hearings were handled quickly with all charges dismissed in less than two months. While I hope we never require this kind of representation again (lesson learned), I wouldnt feel comfortable with anyone but Nathan Ross representing us. One was regarding a terrible sale of a rv, and I was left high and dry with extensive damage, no proof of ownership and a almost $20k paperweight. Hatcher was able to achieve in less than 2 weeks what we were unable to achieve in over 6 months. He helped obtain the title and we were able to get things taken care of before it got worse. There was some miscommunication with prior experiences that put me into a situation that couldve been avoided if the appropriate people had competent individuals working.
