Crypto Johnny I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me theyre busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away

She was quick, attentive, and had great communication. I called her in a panic as my insurance was going to auto renew in about 2.5 weeks and I wanted to get a cheaper rate. Ann was able to get in done fast and before we auto renewed. An added bonus was that she was able to find a way to cut our rate in half. Very thankful for her assistance!
