1 /5 randy herfield: I hired this firm for my divorce and my dependency case in late December of 2022. I was sold a dream about how this process would go. I met with Eric Klein who originally owned the firm which informed me how the process would go. During my proceedings after almost a year nothing was accomplished and nothing in which I was informed would be done was done. They kept switching my attorneys in the firm for more qualified attorneys because I was unhappy with not getting any results. Towards the end of my case I was informed that the firm was in qualified to handle my case and to search for different counsel. This is after almost $100,000 in legal fees. They also have over 10k in metals that they are holding and are now refusing to release my metals even with a court order. Be very cautious with this firm as they promised a lot but won’t deliver in your best interest. They are refusing to give me my metals back and stated that they will sell them in 60 days due to an unpaid balance of originally $10,000, They have tacked on an additional $4000 in interest. I even called to try to settle this amount just to put this behind me and they refused to do anything even though they took me for almost $100,000. Whatever you do, if you’re going to a similar experience as I am, I would look at different council immediately. Eric Klein was more interested in buying my home at a ridiculous amount because i was going through a nasty divorce. Also, They had me keep filing motions to try to get rid of my judge in my dependency case and wasting an exorbitant amount of money, as well as taking it up the chain to different courts.
