Carl Victor Over the years, I have handled our investments, selecting investments in companies that I have dealt with, knowing that we would receive stock splits and have significant gains. Unfortunately, that was many years ago and over our 50 years of investing we built, to our needs, a portfolio which was too susceptible to market fluctuations. Some years ago, we met Matt who reorganized our portfolio to account for those variances in the market and we are exceptionally satisfied with his outstanding understanding of how our investments are affected by market performance and taxes. Surprisingly, this year we had a tax return, not much, but better than giving the Fed our money. Patrick Dwyer I am and have been a customer with Bank of America for a number of years now. Recently, I needed to conduct in person banking at the Bank of America location, located at 105 N. Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. Miss Velasco was also very knowledgeable and readily able to assist me with what I thought was a complex banking issue. The entire interaction lasted a short time and with Miss Velasco’s assistance, I was able to complete all of my necessary banking business at that time.
