I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable! They had a whole thing of different settings and diamonds in difference sizes to try on. They showed me lots of different options for wedding bands too! I have purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses from them -- my husband loves them and were a great deal! Each time, they have been responsive and quick to get the glasses sent out!
