We always get a very helpful REAL person on the other line, who takes as much time as needed to answer all our many questions. It has never been a problem to call and talk to someone, they answer their phone quickly and are always available to help out. I appreciate that they never sound like they are trying to rush to get off the phone. Its always a pleasure to call. They hire the best people over there. A big huge thank you to Charlotte, Kristiana and Linda, who I have all had the pleasure of speaking with! :)

5 /5 karen virley: I was having major problems with another ALLSTATE office in Port Charlotte. I lost total confidence in that office. I read reviews of Kassie Graddy Lancasters ALLSTATE office in Punta Gorda and went there and found Kristiana -- a gem. She listened patiently and told me my options, telling me she would help me. She e-mailed me about the situation several times and kept in contact by phone to let me know what was going on. Very supportive and friendly. She was true to her word. I needed help in sending reports to my house ins. company (something the other office was not able to do) and she volunteered to send them for me. I have already transferred 2 policies to this office and will 2 others when they are able to be moved. I am so thankful I found her and a new, functioning ALLSTATE office. 3 other agents in the office also seem very friendly. Mick has helped me several times as has Chuck. Do not hesitate to leave the ALLSTATE or any insurance office you are in if they are unable to help you.
