My accident took place a Friday night and by Saturday morning Kathy already had all my appointments scheduled not just for me but my daughters as well. She kept me updated with everything throughout the entire process. She was always very professional with explaining how everything worked. We did hit a snag but because of my insurance and even with that her and Michael were so comforting and walked me through it all. Contact was mostly over the phone but I did have the privilege of stopping by the office and even Gigi was very sweet and welcoming.
