5 /5 Steve Hugo: If I could rate 10 stars+++ I would!!! As an absentee landlord I had a renter who were absolute slobs and had destroyed my condo. I was looking on line and came across Palmetto Law Group and figured this should be as good as any. I was wrong, they were far above any expectations I could have had. I contacted the office and heard back from Kirk within a couple of hours. We talked over the phone and he had an immediate course of action and thus we began. Kirk was outstanding; he always called back as soon as possible, had everything laid out so a non legal mind could understand what needed to be done, how do to it and how to end the whole ordeal. Within 21 days, my tenants were evicted and out! I cannot say enough about Kirk and his staff but please have no hesitation to use them.
