Also i found the owner to be very helpful and a wealth of information. The best part was that i didnt feel out of place. Ill use them when Im ready to find something unusual in a store where I know Im welcomed! B

Ana Dalia Diaz Went to the store today and it was wonderful to see the young Man Nigel and his staff treated me with respect. Normally when I visit the store, the manager treats me and other customers like trash with no respect or dignity. This young man is a true leader, and a the staff looked happy and confident working beside him. It was the first time in months that I saw the store and its employees so positive, I truly enjoyed shopping there today, I made my purchase and actually returned in the afternoon and made a second purchase. Thank you for the outstanding service. Please keep this young man in charge.

He was so kind and informative on procedure and the different ways a transition could be handled. I felt like I was treated very fairly. Thought it was a good time to turn in a small collection of bullion I acquired. The price I was given was several hundred more dollars than I expected! To say the least they were very fair!
