1 /5 Rika Ram: Jennifer and her staff member Amber Bellis are rude people. Not only can you expect overpriced insurance from them you can also expect poor customer service good luck trying to cancel your overpriced policy they make it almost impossible to reach the agent, then they request all sorts of paperwork to cancel this is the 1st insurance thats made it this difficult. Amber hung up on me and now refuses to answer my calls. We will be reporting them to Allstate. My mom has been calling since Jan 8th to cancel the policy Jennifer refused to return her calls now shes stuck paying for 2 extra days that Jennifer avoided her calls

5 /5 BriAnna Rivera: Josh Chand was very helpful and informative when helping me make the switch over to Allstate. He was very knowledgeable in policies and coverages which made it easy for me to select what I did and didn’t need. I have contacted him a few times since patronizing Allstate and he was able to assist me promptly each time. I’m happy I made the switch and thankful for the great experience.

1 /5 Eric Lomax: I was Awoken by a phone call from Mr.Jennifer to notify me that my bill was past due. As I began reviewing the bill I noticed that my policy changed to almost double the amount with no warning. I let it be known to Jennifer that the price was ridiculous and after payment I will be canceling. She then began to give this whole speech trying to belittle me saying how she “a business women “ and “how this will reported on my credit if I don’t pay the new fees”. I then asked for a corporate number which she denied and said that everything pertaining to my situation they handle directly. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST that no one do business with this lady she’s rude , has NO CUSTOMER SERVICES, and she’s very ingenuine.
