Additionally besides being so professional they were also beyond helpful employees, we were very fortunate enough to get Jessica A, who was exceptional in assisting us thru the process so seamlessly. Ironically we made some mistakes on the form which she picked up. Five star service, also the welcome reception and security, who ever is training and hiring this department did phenomenal. Joshua Dansereau Not sure why there is 2 other 1 star ratings. Doesnt seem fair that they get blasted for not being able to withdraw after a category 5 hurricane that devastated this area. They actually tried really hard to help after the hurricane and put up mobile banking centers right away, there is still one up in Mexico Beach! That reviewer is being ridiculous. Anyhow, never had any problem with this bank in almost 10 years, always courteous and helpful. Weve had business accounts as well and never a problem. Even better, you get that small town service where they know you by name. 5 stars!

D Shea Always extremely helpful, the staff goes above and beyond to answer questions or give me honest advice even when it does not benefit them in any way. I recently left Wells Fargo as they wouldnt open an account for me with out an appointment. I went to Truist instead and they had multiple employees wanting to help me even though they were very busy. It seemed as if everyone was qualified vs other banks where employees never deviate from their assigned role.
