He has been very thorough at explaining their services and very responsive any time we have contacted him. We feel like weve gained a friend, not just a merchant rep. This has been such a welcoming experience compared to the company we used before whose customer service was lacking in many ways. Kat I called to verify that I had the right business listed on Google Maps, but instead of confirming the name, the man who answered started questioning me and asking for my name and location. I gave him my name, but he still refused to confirm the business and then hung up on me saying he was not interested. Why advertise yourself as a business on Google Maps if you are going to treat people like that? He should be reported and removed so others who are actually conducting business professionally can be listed instead. If this is how they treat potential clients, I would be very concerned about trusting them with anything financial.
