When an impending Hurricane closed all the new policies from being written just before we closed, Sara was on top of it getting our policy written as soon as the Insurance companies came back online. Not only did Sara go the extra mile, she was able to secure us better coverage at a much better price. You cant beat that combination. She is a sweetheart of a person as an extra bonus. Yolanda Alvarado I seen a post about awful service. Must be from the ignorant customers like the one i seen today as i made a payment in the office. Some customers are ridiculously rude and expect miracles when theyre driving record is horrible... (Mind u they decline to state it from the beginning knowing it will impact their payment). I have been with fiesta 7 years. This office has had a few people come and go but respect and honesty is never something i have had a problem with. All the agents here are very nice. They work for the people not the companies. I was quoted by geico directly and they wanted 150 more downpayment and 100 more a month. Crazy... I now have my homeowners insurance and my cars insured with fiesta. Thank you for great service
