Fred listened to my concern, since I was missing a stone on my band, and he carefully inspected the band and made sure that he had the correct stone and went above and beyond my expectations. He delivered before the promised day, and I couldn’t even explain how impressed I am with how integral, honest, genuine, caring, this man is. I called Jans to find out if the posts could be changed rather than having to get new settings. Fred told me that it could be done. When I came in, Fred took the time to figure out which gauge I would be comfortable with and the work was completed the same day. He even took my screw back backings and deducted their gold weight value from the price of the work. Fred was very professional and courteous, even for a job as small as mine. This is the only place I will be going for repairs and adjustments to my jewelry and I plan on recommending Jans Jewelers and Fred Johnson to everyone I know!
