1 /5 Terri Hoge: Have had back to back accidents due to the fault of others. Calling our State Farm agent, Janet Tillmans office, for advice after each accident was forwarded to voice-mail everytime. Recently bought a new vehicle needing coverage. Added vehicle to my account online with a response of "your agent, Janet Tillman, will call you soon". That phone call still has not come and my new truck sits in the driveway waiting to be safe to drive. Very happy with the State Farm claim service after my last vehicle was totaled by the fault of another but someone who has never been in an accident before would have liked some advice from my State Farm agent Ive been with for years. Will be switching agents soon.

1 /5 Jim Lehman: Shady, after so many years not to protect your customers and cancel your policies after being a loyal customer because you had an accident that was not your fault. Would never recommend this agent or anyone from State Farm. They are NOT your neighbor and they are NOT there for you. So sad how they are so greedy and really dont care about thier customers.

1 /5 James Suggs: I had a very disappointing experience on a recent phone call about a cancelation, The staff were rude and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service is incredibly important, and unfortunately, I did not receive the level of respect or courtesy I expected. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their approach with customers in the future.
