1 /5 Maxine Kirsch: I needed to get a homeowners policy for a condo that I’m going to be renting out and they got me a quote. I wanted to buy the insurance from them, but this woman Kelli who I have come to find out is the owner of the company refused to give me insurance unless I switch my car insurance over to Jacobs. I told her I didn’t want to when she began screaming and yelling at me on the phone that she’s not gonna give me a homeowners policy unless I get the car insurance from her. I hung up on her. How rude could she be? Anyway, I called the insurance commissioner and I’m making a complaint against her license. They are the worst company I ever dealt with in my life. I can’t believe they have a five star rating. They’re not even worth one star.
