It started one day when I got tired of dealing with another attorneys office. The other law office never answered phone calls, emails and always had a new person assigned to the case. I got angry and some how landed Tracy. This lady put me at ease. Explained to me what Mr. Chalkley could do for me. We spoke for a good 30 minutes. It was very comforting. I then decided this was the kind of law firm I needed. We signed with them and from there on the hole firm has been like family to me.
