5 /5 Isabelle Palomo: Wonderful staff here! Ashley greeted me as soon as I came in with a smile- great customer service within the first minute of entering. Mr. Flores helped me at the teller line and was very pleasant while processing my transaction. I also needed to get a debit card so I sat with Jonathan who was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to instant issue me a debit card- which I didn’t know they did here! This was my first time going into this location and everything went very smoothly. Great customer service, very quick and efficient service, and a fantastic staff to make the atmosphere enjoyable!

Jen Aguilar Popped in yesterday because we needed something notarized. We bank online and havent used the lobby in years. Greeted quickly and very politely, but then had to wait over 30 min for 1 stamp because we watched the only notary in the building take a new client to set up a new acct. Everyone knew we were there for 1 stamp. Our interaction with her was very pleasant, but literally 2 min. Manager directing clients had a man who only spoke Portuguese come in- he was determined to get him to leave several times by giving him a card with a phone number to call. The man dug his heals in and used a translator app. All he needed was help logging into a new devise and eventually figured it out. Great staff for the most part! Could use some common sense in directive traffic with only 1 notary on staff. And be kind to those who just need an extra minute of your time.
David Seiberling I have been dealing with the Union County Tax Collectors Office for over 40yrs, and they have Always been Very Courteous and Helpful, unlike our Neighboring County. They have Always been able to find a Solution to Any Issue, Without ushering me off to another agency.
