Her ability to multitask while assisting members with courtesy and efficiency is a testament to her professionalism. These qualities give me confidence in continuing to do business with iThink. She is truly an invaluable asset to this branch.

1 /5 estrellita raymundo: monique burton was rude from the beginning i walked in the door. told her about my situation and she immediately said that they wouldn’t approve it without hearing me out. when i asked questions she spoke to me as if i had no common sense. unprofessional especially for management. never coming here again because of her.

2 /5 Chris Sydoriak: I have had IBM which became Ithink for my bussniess and personal account for over 11 years. It was the first bank I opened my bussniess account and knowing everything I know now about busniess I would not recommend them or any bussniess accounts. I also now have TD Bank , Chase, Charles Schwab and Vanguard. Ithink is my only bank account that gets frauded every year. Theyre also the only bank that doesnt give you any type of points cash back or benefits. There fee are ridiculous. The only reason I keep them now is strictly for the history of the account. Even when it comes to loans for my bussniess they are very short coming. I have hundreds of thousands of dollars that processed through I think per year for my business and when i ask for a check to be released they wont even do that. So I would not recommend a ithink to anyone. If I didnt have such a long history of transaction. I wouldnt keep the accounts.

1 /5 Rayon Wright: I have been with Ithink financial for several years now, before it was IBM and I have experiencing a lot of racism acts and now that my account was in overdraft for 2 days they called me not with another option other than to inform me that they closed my account abruptly and I explained that I was getting paid in a few hours and she said she don’t care as I am already in overdraft and she doesn’t want that in her company. This is really unbelievable and unfair on my end and that’s why I would give them 1 star
