However, I am beyond appreciative of the amazing customer service as well as the gorgeous jewelry. Recently I had a ring that lost a stone and they were willing without hesitation to redesign the ring without additional charge to me. Kathy just wants the customer to be happy. It’s hard to find a store in Boca that exceeds my expectations every time I do business with them. Thank you. I highly recommend this family owned store.

Given that their social media accounts showed only glimpses of what they offer, I was surprised (in the best way) to see the big range of designs they had! Savannah (my apologies if I misspelled her name) was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I could tell that she genuinely loves her job. She patiently waited while I hemmed and hawed over various pieces, before I finally settled on a fishhook pendant that I’ve worn every day since. Gorgeous designs, huge selection. I’d be happy to come back one day!

Our friend wanted to join our girl gang Fope ring club so she called the store to inquire about the rings and the next thing you know we are having a home Fope party. Lisa got her ring and the rest of us got matching bracelets for our rings. It was quite the experience. Lots of fun. Thank you both for making our girls weekend a fabulous memory. Paul was very kind and patient with my elderly mother who needed adjustments to her jewelery so it would be easier for her to take necklaces on and off by herself.
