Insurance One - Quincy (FL)

George Allen Anytime Ive had a question or concern, someone from the agency has gotten back to me that day or the next. In 2021, when I put a metal roof on the house, the agency handled being in touch with Citizens to amend my policy. Citizens was able to drop me without my having any say. The agency took the time to explain the situation. Ive been in my house over 20 years, with no claim needed to be filed, but I feel confident in dealing with Frank Perez, Allstate Insurance.

mac packman this agency has left me 2 times with suspended insurance and no heads up. the first time was an expired CC that when it ran i didnt get a heads up, just an announcement of cancellation. the second time i was on travel for almost 2 months and not even did i not get a bill for my insurance, i came back to a suspended drivers license. this was even after giving them a new CC for autopay. I dont know what is going on with this agency but calls are never returned, the VM is full and i would not recommend them. kept the carts with Allsstate, called a new agent in St. Pete, they rock.

C Haney Our experience with Stanford Insurance was great. Seton Stanford worked fast and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I reached out about finding a policy on a Monday and was ready to sign by that Wednesday. I highly recommend them.
