We got constant communication and reminder of everything we had to do and for all appointments. 5 /5 Amber Logan: Let’s start with the fact I rarely leave reviews. Myanda emailed to schedule a consult for the next day. I emailed her back advising I was in desperate need of answers today. She called me after working hours. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and last but not least patient. I was frustrated and lost before speaking with her but afterwards although everything was not handled at that second. I felt a major relief! I highly recommend this attorney she is amazing!

1 /5 roadtrip Caudill: One star is being generous for this firm. I had a consultation with Jen, reviewed the details of my case and she offered to take my case on a contingency basis. I did not ask for contingency, had every intention of hiring this firm on a retainer basis. After 6 months with no communication I called the office and was told “sorry we are behind schedule but will be in touch soon”. Another 6 months passed and I called and was told the exact same thing. Another 6 months passed, I called and finally they produced a demand letter to send. The letter was factually inaccurate and content was elementary at best. After several back and forth with attorney named Myanda, the corrections I requested were not made properly and letter was sent with the defendants name misspelled. At that point they sent me a client agreement that would no longer represent me on a contingency basis and would require a retainer to move forward. After a year and half of screwing me around they offered no explanation or apology for the subpar legal representation. I give 0 stars!!!
