5 /5 Sorah levine: Love this place! Gorgeous jewelry and amazing customer service..My daughter convinced me to go and I bought a beautiful bracelet of good quality and great price. When I left my rings to be polished ,they replaced a missing stone and restored it to new without charging me and without me asking. Now thats amazing customer service! Highly recommend them . Super friendly and helpful staff also.

5 /5 Mitch Swergold: Wow. Cleanest, nicest jewelry store Ive ever been in. I only had a watch battery change, and importantly, that can waste an hour or more. Not with these guys. I called, they answered their phone (unlike some others), were very helpful. I walked in. Was offered water, was helped immediately, even though they were busy and the battery was changed in just minutes while I waited. They also were very polite. Great experience. If they treated me that well just for a watch battery change, I imagine how much better the experience would be buying some nice jewelry. I highly recommend them.

1 /5 Lili Williams: SCAM ALERT! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I came here to get new certificates for my diamonds and gold, but instead, I paid $100 to be humiliated and disrespected. They issued a certificate claiming my 18K white gold was 14K, which is completely inaccurate and unacceptable. Their evaluations can’t be trusted. For example, they priced real diamonds with the highest clarity as if they were lab-grown stones. The certificate I received looked amateurish, like something a child put together. When I tried to address the issue and get my money back, they refused, saying, “This happens often, and we don’t give refunds because we’ve already added it to our database.” So, I was forced to pay for their mistake. It’s shocking how little knowledge they have—14K and 18K white gold have obvious differences in value, yet they couldn’t even get that right. To make matters worse, the owner of this place is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with. He even tried to buy one of my diamond rings, worth at least $10,000, for $500—clearly just to insult and degrade me. This store has ZERO RESPECT for their customers. If you value your time, money, and dignity, stay far away from this place. You’ll regret every second spent here. I let this for the God will. Not right energy for me to be in.
