1 /5 Paul Mckissick: Today I called the bank asking about business checking accounts and the time was 1:30pm and I asked (1) do I need an appointment and (2) can I stop by at 4:30.
The lady on the phone told me that (1) I do not need an appointment and (2) 4:30 would not be an issue.
I arrived at 4:15 and there was no one in the bank 3 ladies talking in an office on the right side closest to the teller. I asked the teller if I can open an account. One of the ladies said (1) you need an appointment and (2) there was not enough time as it will take over 45mins to open an account. WHAT???
This place obviously dose not care about customers.
It’s to bad as they offer a great CD rate of 5% but I’d rather take capital one at 4.3%
At least their customer service is responsive!
1 /5 Melissa Barnhardt: Tried to use my debit card to pay my car repair bill. I had deposited money from my savings. Had more then enough money in my account and it would not let me put 2000.00 nor would it let me put 1500.00 it finally went thru for 1000.00. Good thing I had a credit card and some cash on me other wise I would of been walking home. Not real happy its my money and I should have access to it as needed. Now Im going to be charged interest on 862.38 on my credit card. Thanks Guardians one more reason for me to close all my accounts out.
1 /5 Quinton Mccormick: I recently came to withdraw from the drive up ATM and the system was very slow and never went through to dispense my money. It finally showed a message that my card couldn’t be read , so it went back to the Home Screen. I checked my account and it shows that it was taken out of my account and the money never dispensed out! This was today 4/21/2023 around 7:30-8pm! I need to speak with someone!
neal cohen This was at a satellite Charles Schwab office. It is relatively small but the people working there work as a team so if the person I usually use is not in I can get the exact information I need. Very helpful and quick. They understand what Im looking for and guide me correctly. Quick and helpful
