Theyre extremely busy hence why they may sound so serious over the phone most times, but they strive to assist within one call with full, detailed explanation. michael puschautz I’ve had excellent service with the insurance exchange on my Homeowners Insurance. When I needed to get estimated discount cost for my insurance if I put the impact windows in. They did the work promptly and sent me the estimates. After completion, they had to do it again. I had good experience I was able to Get it approved to get a state refund for the windows. In addition, they promptly gave me a check for the amount they owed me. Dating back to the time they were installed. I was very happy with the service and understanding.
