I’ve had to use him 3 times, he accidentally pulled $5k more out of my account after I already pointed out the error and he still filed. Now, he didn’t file paperwork, for over a week that was for a deposit I NEEDED. His inability to do his job is deeply impacting my finances. He doesn’t even seem to care.
