Joel Hynes Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didnt want to pay for a cashiers check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldnt withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, Ill stick with the branches that are better!

Phil Carroll Brandi Howard was extremely professional guiding me though a difficult heloc loan. We had several hurdles but Brandi was there the entire way.

Sean McKane Rueben Perez from Cross country mortgage did a great job for my wife and I through out the loan process and buying my home. He is very talented. He is punctual and very good at returning calls and resolving issues quickly. He makes the process easier. I am very grateful Rueben to you for all your help this last month. I highly recommend him to anyone going thru the process of qualifying for a loan and thru out the financial process. To Cross country mortgage he is a great asset to your company. EHRLINE Tenly Sabrina made my day today...we ve been with USAA over 15 plus years...we were forced to look for other car insurance...I m so glad we were and I went to see Sabrina...she is saving us over 6000 year...with a lower deductible. ..the same coverage with towing n rental added...
