1 /5 Nancy Wilson: Absolutely the worst bank ever!!!! They will attack you personally, be very shady with lies, put you on hold, promise a call back, and just purely disgusting and extremely unprofessional experience. The management is horrific.

They keep good interest rates on their CDs and honor promotional rates when your CD expires. The customer service is always friendly and personalized.

1 /5 Christine Lewis: Extremely disappointed with the customer service at First State Bank’s main branch in Key West. I spent over 9 hours across 4 days trying to retitle trust accounts and update a checking account as POA. Nicholas Neuenhoff was dismissive, unprofessional, and repeatedly belittled his colleague Karin in front of clients instead of providing proper guidance after refusing to take the task on himself. He showed no interest in understanding my needs as a client or resolving the numerous issues Karin had in setting up accounts of this type for the first time and created an unnecessarily frustrating experience. For estate and trust matters, this level of service is unacceptable.
