1 /5 Anna Wescoat: Was not happy with the customer service my husband and I received. Went to an office on Saturday and was told we would receive a call regarding a loan on Monday before lunch. Well come 1:00 still no call, so I called them. The application hadnt even been sent to an underwriter, and wasnt even complete! I politely answered all the questions someone neglected to ask us Saturday, and was told I would receive a call back shortly. No call came, so by 4:30 which is almost closing, I left a voicemail. Even by 10:30 the next day, no phone call. I assumed it would take some time, but no way it took that long. I ended up calling back and it had been taken care of the previous day, but no one bothered to call us. Will not be returning for any of their services.
