Mandy Lynn I stopped by the bank yesterday and tried to use the ATM, but it wasn’t working—and there was no sign saying it was out of order. I went through all the steps, waited forever to get my card back, and then finally got a message on the screen saying it wasn’t dispensing cash. Super frustrating. A simple “out of order” sign could’ve saved me (and probably others) a lot of time. Since the ATM didn’t work, I had to go inside. I do like this bank because it’s close to home and the staff is always nice when I go in, but they’re seriously understaffed. There was only one teller working both the front desk and the drive-thru, which doesn’t seem fair to her or the customers.

D Shea Always extremely helpful, the staff goes above and beyond to answer questions or give me honest advice even when it does not benefit them in any way. I recently left Wells Fargo as they wouldnt open an account for me with out an appointment. I went to Truist instead and they had multiple employees wanting to help me even though they were very busy. It seemed as if everyone was qualified vs other banks where employees never deviate from their assigned role.

John Ferretti Fidelity isn’t a bank more of investments. Sure they have a cash management account you can use for direct deposit but all this transactions you guys are trying to do isn’t going to happen. Everytime you need to you can call them they answer. You will get fidelity on the phone, it may not be in exactly Clearwater but you can get them on the phone and any transaction you can imagine is on the app not in person like your local credit union. That’s where the frustration is coming from.

Lorraine Alvior We are first time farm owners. From day one that we contacted Michelle, she has been so helpful. Very professional and efficient. Took her time to discuss and explain everything to us. Her assistant Stephanie was there for us when we needed information. She was quick to respond and very detailed.
