I was in a very bad situation financially with my previous marriage with no control over my finances which took a huge toll on my credit. Always super friendly on the phone and super easy to work with. People may complain about the rates and high payments, but understand the risk they’re taking with someone who has a lower credit score. No complaints here. Only wish they had an online portal.
