A K I have blocked their number, only to be called a dozen other times with various other numbers. I’ve called back, dialed nine to be removed, spoken to agents, and still continue to receive call after call after call. This company seems to think harassing people until they cave in and accept their services is best practice. It is not. If anything, I’m that much more likely to file a civil suit against them. The calls are unacceptable. From now on, I’ll call you back and waste your time walking me through your loans just to decline the offers after an hours time each and every single time you call me. Jennifer Mosier Lauren and Brandon were phenomenal throughout the entire process!! I thought I was already building a strong financial profile, but they pointed out so many ways to improve it! The knowledge & skill they bring to the table are outstanding. They kept everything so professional, but super convenient! Samuel nowhere near as good as Chase nowhere near.. Chase is way more efficient professional theyre both getting almost zero interest on your savings account but so does Bank of America give nothing youre basically using the account to service your everyday needs e... this place is just an aged dated location and theyre whole institution set in their ways youre bound to run into problems with them... especially since the big story on the news about 10 years ago where they used to used open accounts on the customers names who never asked for them was a huge scandal and billions of dollars in lawsuits... stay away from this place stay away go to Chase two blocks away youll be way happier or theres a Bank of America within a few feet of here

Andrew Solomon Chris is by far one of my favorite people to work with in the industry. He really is one of a kind when it comes to doing right by the merchant and his partners. As she helped three people at a time, no one felt frustrated or ignored. As this was my first time there, even with computer issues, Jo was able to go above & beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations. I really cannot recommend this store enough!!
