I called in for my dad, and from that very first phone call she was super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. She didn’t rush me at all or make me feel like just another customer. She actually took the time on the phone to break everything down in a way that made sense, and you could tell she really cared about helping us out.
What really impressed me is how much effort she put into finding my dad the best deal possible. She went above and beyond, checked different options, and made sure he was getting the coverage he needed without paying a crazy price. By the time we hung up, I felt relieved and confident that my dad was set up with the right plan.
On top of that, she followed up and made sure everything went smoothly. You don’t get that kind of service often anymore. Most people just want to get you signed up and move on, but Mayte actually looks out for you like family.
