1 /5 Delbert Infinger: Do not go to Farm Bureau in Chipley FL. Has the worsted experience in trying to get a quote. Started before Christmas and ended second week of January. Had to keep calling them to keep them on it. And they made a lot of mistakes. And in the end They looked up the wrong business name and turned me down. These people just do not know how to do there job. If I were this dumb at my business I would have been out of business a long time ago!

2 /5 William Hicks: Looking for insurance for my motorcycle I called three separate places in Chipley and farm bureau was the first to actually answer the phone. I thought I found somebody professional. After telling them what I wanted, I am a senior citizen on fixed-income that needs the bare minimum insurance on his motorcycle until I can get back to work. The quote they gave me was $70 down and $60 something a month. Then when I got down to their office she said, "Oh do you own your home?" I said, "No, I rent." She said, "Then the price will be $20 higher." I said, "Forget about it!" I then called Geico like my sister recommended and they wanted slightly less than $18 down and about $9 a month. Their total cost was less than farm bureau wanted for a down payment!

1 /5 Harry Bailey: Just settled claim from hurricane Michael. Very unpleased. Adjuster from farm bureau (Lee Welsh) spent about 15 minutes looking at house. Refused to even go inside. Walk around house and would not answer any questions. Was advised by him I was not eligable for loss of use because I own trailer located on property. Mother in law lives there and was told by him she could find somewhere else to go. Sent some snot nose kid from Michigan (engineer) to only look at walls. Said house was due to settling not hurricane. NO ONE FROM FARM BUREAU EVER ENTERED MY HOUSE DURING THE CLAIM PROCESS. Hired own public adjuster (Nobles) and appraiser (Gary Roland). Had appointment set for both appraisers to me me at house at 1030am and they showed up about 830am. NEVER WENT INTO HOUSE. Had my adjuster file claim on my behalf and after meditation using Gary received only about 20% of said damages. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FARM BUREAU INSURANCE AGAIN AND WILL DO MY BEST TO HELP OTHERS FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE.
