5 /5 Kelly McPherson: Everyone at this location is always very welcoming and super helpful! Recently I had an issue and had to go in....I thought getting the problem solved would take so much longer than it did but Casey Murdock was very fast, solved the problem with no other issues, answered all my questions thoroughly and even pulled out some blocks she had for my son to play with while we handled the issue. My son was super happy, I was beyond happy...... Couldnt ask for a better experience!!!

5 /5 Renee Britton: I stopped into the Fairwinds Credit Union in Mt. Dora today to open a business checking account. The banking staff were all so pleasant and helpful, especially the branch manager Patricia who assisted me in opening the account. Her kindness and professionalism were unmatched. She showed great attention to detail and took the time to explain all of the products and services offered by the credit union. She demonstrated excellence in her knowledge of the business banking process which contributed to the experience being smooth and seamless!

1 /5 Johnny Funes: Was nice and simple to use before I added my mother as a Zelle recipient. It signaled alarms and it ended up restricting access to transfers and mobile banking Zelle transfers. I called the number listed on my App around 5 times and each time they told me the banking institution is unable to reverse the restricted status and that it’s ran through a third party service called fiserv or something along those lines. It is permanent with no way of reversal. It sucks because I liked FAIRWINDS up until now.

Even though she didn’t have to, she asked about my current interest rate and genuinely looked for ways to help me save. Her honesty, initiative, and sincere desire to assist truly stood out. Thanks to her, I was able to refinance my auto loan with minimal cost and lower my rate by 3%. I was also approved for a Business Credit Card with promotional benefits. Bonnie went above and beyond—this is the kind of service that builds trust and loyalty. I’d also like to thank Mandie from the Mount Dora branch, who made the paperwork process incredibly convenient. She arranged to have everything ready at my local branch, saving me a long drive just to sign documents.
