joseph christiansen Ana Diaz gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. She was able to walk me through a complicated commercial auto policy I needed for work and even stayed late to talk with my employer. Would highly recommend Great Florida for auto coverage.

Crypto Johnny I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me theyre busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away
