Lyndsey Pitts Tommy is a great person, I have had insurance with his office for several years and have never had any issues. All of the staff (Molly, Paula, and Joy) are VERY helpful, friendly, and on top of everything. Molly was amazing with me through the whole process of getting homeowners insurance. I would not have had the same experience at any other office. I 100 percent recommend going with State Farm in Monticello!

He found the best option for me at the first try after hearing my needs and offering his advice to get me what I want. I was SHOCKED!! I literally asked him if I heard him right because it just sounded too good to be true but it wasn’t. Jeff Ryman Kristina got a hold of me a few months ago trying to get my insurance down. I was not happy with the companies I was with she guaranteed me I could get lower rates with her. I was going on a cruise. I told her When I get back, we can work on it. She called me and got me set up. Definitely lowered my Insurance. Very polite courteous awesome all the way around. . Melinda Burdiss poor customer service, incompetent agent - Max constantly assured me our policy was in good standing even when the insurance company kept sending letters of cancellation - dont trust this guy - he doesnt know how to do his job - this isnt some small policy this is a commercial policy that costs thousands to start and maintain and now we are out the money and scurrying to find another policy - if I could give 0 stars thats what he would get
