Larry Grisham been a member for 43 years...never had this this kind of bad treatment by an EFCU staff member. we usually deal with Eglin or South Crestview branches n occasionally the FWB HQ.
the staff member at North Crestview was rude, gave out bad information on two areas n continued to be rude as I walked out. this was frustrating. seem to be making up stuff as she went. wasnt professional n top it off she was training a new person. this happened a week ago on 2 May. want going write a review...suggestion that she gets RETRAINED. of she does bad behavior to one customer its possible she has done it before and will possible do it again...it could already be a bad pattern. lets hope not. I will never use NORTH CRESTVIEW EFCU AGAIN. if she is in other branches I will ask for the supervisor n have someone else with my issues. very dissatisfied with EFCU, right now. one bad apple does effect the company, customers n the community. hope something is done about this person. retraining is highly recommended. she needs help.
