Patrick Dwyer I am and have been a customer with Bank of America for a number of years now. Recently, I needed to conduct in person banking at the Bank of America location, located at 105 N. Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. Miss Velasco was also very knowledgeable and readily able to assist me with what I thought was a complex banking issue. The entire interaction lasted a short time and with Miss Velasco’s assistance, I was able to complete all of my necessary banking business at that time.
