SHAM ROCK If getting life insurance was an Olympic sport, Maddie would’ve gotten a gold medal in my opinion. She didn’t just set us up with life insurance, she set us up for generational peace of mind while somehow making the process fun. Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.
