Becky Haughey David Goldstein at 1st Med Financial has been instrumental in my business not once, but twice. He first helped me acquire my initial loan to buy my practice. After 4 years we are growing so much we need to expand to a larger location and he was able to get me a loan to build out the new location as well as refinance my current practice debt to be able to make it all happen. David was the first person I called when we decided we needed to move and he worked tirelessly to make it happen for us. Alyssa Crane This place is absolutely filthy. I passed on most of the food for fear of food poisoning. The condiment bottles had some black mildew or mold on the outside. The entire place is disgusting, top to bottom, building and floor. Idk how they havent gotten shut down by the health department.

During the middle of the refi we hit a snag on our loan rate and Josh fought to ensure that our rate was as low as possible. His response time for questions was quick, often on the first call. Gemechis Tolu I recently visited Trust Bank in Gainesville and experienced a disappointing level of customer service from one of their employees. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor, I was met with condescension by a larger Caucasian woman, who seemed displeased that I hadnt emailed ahead regarding a $400 petty cash withdrawal. This encounter left me feeling belittled and disrespected. While I have left a 5-star rating as I dont wish to negatively impact the banks overall rating, I believe its important for management to address this issue. I suggest providing anger management training and perhaps considering a role better suited to her strengths. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
