William Johnstone I called customer service and was prepared for the typical series of phone mail jail options. Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

Elizabeth Strange Madison Taylor prepared our return this year. She is very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. She was able to answer our questions. My husband and I really enjoyed speaking with her and wish her the very best. (Starke FL office, not located inside Walmart)

America Perez 1st time going and we were in and out, didnt even have to take a seat before our number was called. The lady who helped us was really nice and explained everything. We got there a little after 9:30 and left before 10:00. My new favorite spot lol.
