Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment. Ruth Janvier This jewelry store is absolutely incredible! If I’ve known about this place a few years back, I would’ve save myself money and some financial ripoff from other jewelry stores. So, I came to this store looking for a watch for my parents for the holidays. A worker named James was so helpful. He had a very kind and welcoming personality. Not only was I able to find a great deal for the watch that I came in for but I left purchasing two watches for literally an affordable price that I didn’t even think I would get. You definitely cannot go anywhere else and get service like this and a bargain out of this world. There’s also a variety of jewelry for everyone. I love it here!!!! Ten out of ten would recommend this store to a friend and I will definitely be back.

Tufi Brigadorski I had the pleasure of meeting with Daniel for the first time today, and, I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and business acumen. It cannot be overstated, nobody offers a better deal, nobody! Firstly, although I initially missed him by phone call, he sent me a text message to let me know that he had missed my call and looked forward to connecting with me. No other jewelry business I have worked with has gone this extra step to make my inquiry feel this valuable. When I arrived to his office, I instantly felt that I was in the presence of a sincere and trustworthy businessman. He greeted me and confirmed our appointment, then invited me in. The office space is adorned with tasteful art, my favorite pieces being the peacock ornaments and the statue of the Greek goddess (Athena?) When I sat down with him, he spoke to me as if I were a friend, he explained to me certain things about the business that I never heard before, which strengthened my understanding of why some other jewelers conducted themselves the way that they did. Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond to distinguish my experience from the others, and, it cannot be overstated - his deals *will not* be beaten. He accepted my initial proposal, which, honestly, stunned me a bit, since no other jeweler in my area came close! Natalia Novak STEVE was amazing! Such a great experience. I was on a very difficult timeline to repair expensive medical loupes and another office sent me to Bartons Jewelry. I really needed the repairs done same day. So instead of putting me in a position where I had to close my practice to wait for the repairs, Steve humbly got the job done using the best equipment and 30 years of experience. Cant say enough how appreciative I am. Thanks Steve.
