From the moment I walked in, Kraig made me feel welcomed and truly valued. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Kraig, as a diamond and timepiece consultant, was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail, ensuring I felt confident and informed. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer care made a lasting impression. I also want to extend a special thank you to Thomas Jenkins, the gemologist. His deep expertise and transparent, honest assessments gave me complete peace of mind when making my decision. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and trustworthy in this industry, and his insights were invaluable. The entire team worked together seamlessly, creating an experience that was not only professional but also personal. I can’t recommend Dunkin’s Diamonds enough—especially if you have the pleasure of working with Kraig, and Thomas. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel effortless and exciting. 5 /5 Thomas Hope: Without a doubt, this is the jewelry store with the best staff in all of Naples. They offer a stunning selection of beautiful pieces, but its their stellar service that truly sets them apart. I often prefer to shop casually around town, as I appreciate being treated genuinely, not just as a potential sale based on appearance. From the moment we first walked through the door while browsing the Mercato shops before dinner, Kraig greeted us warmly and made us feel like family – a refreshing change. Though we were short on time during that initial visit, Kraigs friendly demeanor and complete lack of sales pressure left such a positive impression that I knew Id be back. A few weeks later, I returned to find the perfect Mothers Day gift. At the same time, I brought in a very delicate piece needing a tiny jump ring re-soldered that 7 other jewelry shops wouldnt touch because it was too delicate of a chain for them to repair. Amazingly, while Kraig was beautifully boxing up my new purchase, the repair was also completed. I was able to present my wife with a brand new piece that perfectly complemented her newly restored old favorite. This was, quite literally, the best jewelry purchasing experience Ive had to date. Exceptional service and beautiful craftsmanship – I cant recommend them highly enough!
