Michele Accola John went out of his way to help me and my husband understand what we were signing, the numbers that were being presented to us and took time to explain in detail the process of things. He’s super personable and makes you feel comfortable in the decisions you’re making … while also guiding us in a way that was best for us. It didn’t matter if it was 7am, 10pm or the weekend … he was always available to talk. Thank you John for everything! We truly appreciate everything you did for us.
