1 /5 Elin Li: I strongly advise Do Not hiring this firm as your attorney. My experience was marked by significant issues. After signing up, it became nearly impossible to contact them. They were unresponsive to my questions and failed to provide any updates on my case. Communication was virtually non-existent until it was time to sign the settlement agreement. Additionally, I was charged a higher attorneys fee than a person who was in the same car as me because the firm made mistakes on their case. which seemed both Unfair and Unprofessional. Extra withholding fees were also charged without clear justification. When I sought clarification about the settlement, my inquiries were ignored, and the responses were dismissive. The settlement team leader told me, "Maam, just sign it so we can be done," which exemplified their lack of consideration and professionalism. Given these issues, I find it difficult to trust the firms handling of cases.
